1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Prisu Enterprises, operating under the brand name Flutro, and the customer (“Client” or “User”).
By using Flutro’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Service
Flutro provides hotel management and automation software designed to assist with reservations, pricing, operations, and reporting.
The platform operates through a global technology provider, ensuring reliability and international-grade infrastructure.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial
• Flutro operates on a subscription basis, billed monthly in USD.
• New clients are eligible for a 14-day free trial. During this period, no charges apply.
• The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least seven (7) days before the renewal date.
• Price adjustments, if any, will be communicated at least thirty (30) days in advance.
4. Payments
Flutro does not directly process credit card payments.
All transactions are securely managed by third-party payment processors that comply with PCI-DSS and international security standards.
Flutro only retains non-sensitive billing data required for invoicing and accounting.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription by written notice at any time.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Partial month refunds are not provided.
Setup and activation fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Flutro platform, including software, designs, and trademarks, remain the property of Prisu Enterprises and its technology partners.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes only.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Flutro is committed to protecting user and guest data.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy, available at https://flutro.com/privacy-policy.
8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
Flutro strives to maintain uninterrupted service; however, availability depends on third-party infrastructure providers.
Flutro shall not be liable for any loss resulting from downtime, OTA integration errors, or third-party failures.
Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the Client in the preceding three (3) months.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
